His Eminence said this during after receiving a group of members of processions from Babylon in his honorable house in the holy city of Qom.
“Know that every procession is a ritual of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, a ritual of the Holy Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, and a ritual of the Almighty Allah, and hardship for the sake of Allah, the Ahlulbayt and Imam Hussein, peace be upon them, is a pride and virtue,” stressed the Grand Ayatollah.
His Eminence added, “Do not be defeated in front of hardship and as the hardships become more severe, they are even more a pride and a virtue.”
The Grand Ayatollah Shirazi prayed for the group’s success and praised their efforts in serving the pilgrims of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
