Delegation from Indian Ministry of Defense Visits Imam Hussain Holy Shrine
The representative of the Indian Defense Minister Turej Zaidi and his accompanying delegation visited the Holy shrine of Imam Hussein.
The representative of the Indian Defense Minister Turej Zaidi and his accompanying delegation visited the Holy shrine of Imam Hussein.
During the visit, the delegation was accompanied by the director of the Imam Hussein TV 4 channel in Urdu language.
Zaidi, an Indian Shia and a member of the Shia Party, said the visit was made on behalf of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, who is from the Sikh faith, conveying his appreciation and respect to Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
The Indian delegation presented a valuable banner from the Minister of Defense to the officials at the Holy Shrine, and the Holy Shrine gifted special carpets decorated with Quranic verses to the Minister of Defense.
It is noteworthy that many followers of different sects and religions attend the mourning ceremonies of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, during the days of Muharram and Safar and participate in the Arbaeen pilgrimage, expressing their love and appreciation to Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
