Followers of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Madagascar continue to recall the misfortunes of Ashura

Houses, mosques and Husseiniyahs in the Republic of Madagascar witnessed the revival and remembrance of the painful calamities of al-Taff and what happened to Imam Hussein, his family and companions, peace be upon them, on Ashura.
A group of followers of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, are holding mourning ceremonies in their residences in the city of Majunga, Madagascar.
They emphasized that they will continue holding such ceremonies in order to glorify the holy Husseini rituals and the commemoration of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
The ceremonies are attended and participated by men, women and children.
The mourning ceremonies in honor of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, continue until Arbaeen.
