Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has begun carrying out the project of al-Aqeela Zainab Courtyard
After preparing all the requirements, the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine has begun carrying out the project of al-Aqeela Zainab Courtyard, which will measure an area of approximately 13 acres.
The courtyard is located northeast of the holy shrine and is deemed to be part of the expansion project of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.
The courtyard project will include two basements, library, two-floor museum, clinic, in addition to some other facilities for pilgrims.
Last year, the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine contracted with al-Kawthar Charitable Foundation to implement the expansion project which will cost approximately 65 million dollars.
