Lebanon Reports 4,386 Martyrs from Israeli Attacks Since March 2

Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health said the death toll from Israeli attacks rose to 4,386, with 12,424 people wounded, between March 2 and October 10. The ministry’s Health Emergency Operations Center said casualty figures continue to be updated as authorities assess the impact across the country.

The attacks have caused widespread damage to homes, public facilities and infrastructure, while displacing large numbers of residents. The destruction has further strained Lebanon’s economy and worsened living conditions for families who have lost their homes and livelihoods.

Humanitarian concerns continue to grow as displaced communities face urgent needs for healthcare, shelter and other essential assistance.
