The Russian government has identified artificial intelligence as a key component of its healthcare modernization plans through 2030, aiming to integrate AI technologies into diagnosis, treatment support and healthcare management.

According to reports by Russia Today (RT), the strategy includes the development of AI-based health information systems, expanded telemedicine services, remote patient monitoring and digital tools designed to assist medical professionals in decision-making.

The plan also envisions using artificial intelligence for medical screening, remote consultations and improving healthcare logistics, including forecasting potential shortages of medicines and optimizing supply chains.
