“Mohammadiyah Period” Ceremonies Held at Aal Yaseen Husseiniyah in Sydney

The Ale Yaseen Mosque and Husseiniyah, a center affiliated with Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Sydney, Australia, has begun its special ceremonies for the “Mohammadiyah 10-Day Period” and to commemorate the tragedies of the month of Safar al-Ahzan. The ceremonies began on the 21st of Safar al-Ahzan and are being attended by a large number of believers.

The programs for this period include: congregational prayers for Maghrib and Isha, recitation of the Holy Quran, reading of the Ziyarat Ashura, a speech by Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Haidar al-Hamadi on the virtues of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and mourning ceremonies.
