Office of Grand Ayatullah Shirazi Launces Religious Inquiries Tent to Serve Arbaeen Pilgrims

According to Shia Waves Persian, the office of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in Najaf has set up a religious inquiries tents along the routes leading to Karbala for the Arbaeen pilgrimage.

The tents are staffed by clerics and students who are available to answer pilgrims’ questions about religious rulings and jurisprudence. They also offer ethical and ideological counseling. This initiative is aimed at providing spiritual support, strengthening the culture of pilgrimage, and promoting the teachings of the Prophet’s family during the world’s largest religious gathering.

The initiative is a part of the broader efforts coordinated by His Eminence to provide spiritual support for the pilgrims, foster the culture of pilgrimage, and propagate the teachings of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in the world’s largest spiritual-religious gathering.

The tents also serve to promote stronger links between the clerics and the public during the massive Holy Arbaeen pilgrimage.
