IHC, Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation continue to help Lebanese citizens

The UK-based Imam Hussain Charity (IHC), in collaboration with Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development, has expanded its extensive relief campaign, launched at the onset of the conflict in Lebanon, to assist Lebanese families displaced by the Israeli attacks.

In a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, the charity confirmed that it has extended its efforts to the Bekaa region in southern Lebanon, in collaboration with Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation, Imam Hussein Media Group, and in coordination with the Shirazi Religious Authority’s office in Lebanon.

The first convoy of humanitarian aid has already been sent, with more to follow, in direct response to calls from the religious leadership. The campaign also targets areas in southern Beirut and other parts of the capital. The charity highlighted that the emergency aid provided goes beyond food supplies, including essential items such as medicine, clothing, and blankets to meet the basic needs of affected families.

The campaign reflects the commitment of the Shirazi-affiliated centers to its ethical and humanitarian responsibilities in times of crisis, aiming to send a message of cross-border solidarity.
