Over 2,500 Husseini Mawakib Prepared to Welcome Arbaeen Pilgrims in Al-Muthanna
The Hussaini Mawakib Representation in Al-Muthanna Governorate has announced the completion of its preparations to welcome pilgrims during this year’s Arbaeen season. More than 2,500 Husseini Mawakib have been organized along the main roads throughout the province, ready to provide a variety of services to visitors, from the administrative borders with Dhi Qar Governorate to those with Al-Qadisiyyah Governorate.
Sa’d Al-Abdali, Head of the Hussaini Mawakib Association, said in a statement reported by Shia Waves Agency that: “The Mawakib organizers have finalized their preparations by setting up service tents that will distribute food and drinks, as well as provide comfort for the visitors.” Al-Abdali added that these efforts are part of a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing all aspects of service and assistance for the pilgrims.
He also mentioned that the association has issued official cards for Mawakib organizers to facilitate their identification with security agencies and other service departments, emphasizing that the measure is intended to streamline coordination and ensure the smooth movement of people and services during the Arbaeen season.
The preparation of such a large number of Husseini Mawakib reflects the community’s commitment to providing the best possible services and meeting the needs of pilgrims traveling to Karbala to commemorate the Arbaeen of Imam al-Hussein (peace be upon him).
