Pakistan: Motorcycle blast kills 2 people, wounds 5 in restive Baluchistan

A motorcycle bomb in Pakistan’s Baluchistan province killed two people and injured five on Sunday, the Associated Press reported.

The blast occurred in Khuzdar, on the highway between Quetta and Karachi, the source added.

No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attack.

Baluchistan has been a site of ongoing insurgency, with recent attempts to target a naval facility and government building.

Last week, an improvised explosive device killed one person and injured 14, including three soldiers.
