In its statistics of July 2019, the Raids Monitoring Network documented in Bahrain the arrest of 34 citizens, including children and religious scholars, and the death penalty against two citizens, Ahmad al-Mulla and Ali al-Arab, and the martyrdom of Mohammed al-Miqdad.
According to the Network, the security authorities arrested 34 citizens, some of whom were later released: Abdullah Al-Farsani, Basem Al-Mardi, Hassan Al-Hujairi, Mahdi Hajer, Ali Habib, Mohammad Darwish, Najib Al-Oreibi, Hossam Abu Taki, Haider Sadiq, Haider Baqer, Mohsen Al-Marakh, Moayad Yacoub, Mohammad Sabet, Mahmoud Kazem, Khatib Abu Zuhair, Ali Mahmoud, Ali Al-Mumin, Karrar Abdul Nabi, Ali Khaled, Ahmad Ebadi , Mohamed Hassan, Mohamed Mehdi, Galal El-Hattam, Mohamed El-Qallaf, Mojtaba Gharifi, Mounat Al-Khair, Sheikh Abdul Nabi Al Nashabah, and Mahmoud Al-Khunezi.
The Network pointed out that several areas of Bahrain witnessed a wide movement condemning the crime of the death penalty and the martyrdom of Mohammed al-Miqdad.
