Egyptian authorities have confiscated a number of Shia publications and closed publishing houses selling them in the International Book Fair of Cairo.

 

 

Egyptian authorities have confiscated a number of Shia publications and closed publishing houses selling them in the International Book Fair of Cairo.

The owners of the publishing houses were set to investigation under the allegation of disseminating Shiism in Egypt.

This is Shiism, Usol al-Kafi, 500 Questions About Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and NahjulBalagha were among the books confiscated from the Book fair.

 

The book fair is open tillFebruary 10.
