Australia-based Ahlulbayt Centre hosts Christian groups willing to learn about Shia Islam

The Ahlulbayt Cultural Centre in New South Wales, Australia, announced on Thursday that it is continuing to host local church groups in the city who are interested in learning more about Shia Islam.

The center said on its website that it “has continued to host important visits of Christians who are interested in learning about the authentic Shia school of thought.”

It added that “there is a special program in place to host members of the Christian community in Australia, and to discuss with them the authentic Islamic school of thought and the school of thought of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, and what they have offered to humanity on various levels.”

The center stressed that “the Australian community is keen to learn about the thought of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, on the grounds that it represents the true continuation of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his pure family, and his divine message.”

It pointed out that “what attracts Christian groups, especially Christian clerics, is the great heritage of the authentic Shia school of thought, and what it offers of great ideas and an authentic culture that calls for the spread of peace and coexistence among human beings.”

The centre emphasized that “the information provided about the Shia school of thought has a great impact on others; that many have now an increasing passion to learn more about the true school of thought and then some of them have announced embraced this religion.”
