Residence of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi hosts mourning Majalis commemorating Husseini Arbaeen

Residence of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in the holy city of Qom hosted a series of mourning Majalis to commemorate the Arbaeen of the martyrdom of Imam Hossein, peace be upon him.

“These Azadari sessions took place over the days leading up to Arbaeen with the presence of his Eminence, a group of instructors and students of the seminary, missionaries and religious preachers, as well as faithful mourners from Holy Qom and visitors from other cities.” said the reporter of the Shia Waves Agency in Qom.

He further added that this year’s mourning gatherings were held both in the morning and evening, and saw many participants.

During these sessions, a number of Hossein preachers and speakers mentioned the calamities that had befallen Imam Hossein and his beloved companions and family, peace be upon them, the report said.
