World Food Organization: Nine out of every 10 families in Afghanistan do not have enough food

The World Food Organization has expressed concern about the living conditions of Afghan citizens, saying that 9 out of 10 families in this country do not have enough food.

The statement of the international organization also stresses that hunger has reached such a level that children go to school with empty stomachs.

This organization has published video tapes of Afghan students and their teachers talking about the bad effects of hunger.

After the Taliban regained control of Afghanistan, the level of poverty has increased significantly among families in the already devastated country.
