Imam Hussein Media Group Chief attends conference on Arabeen media coverage in Holy Karbala

The General Supervisor of Imam Hussein Media Group, Hujjat-ul-Islam wa-al-Muslimeen Sheikh Mustafa al-Mohammadi, participated in the activities of the second annual conference on the announcement of the beginning of the comprehensive media coverage of the Holy Arba’een.

Shia Waves correspondent said that, “Sheikh al-Mohammadi attended the second annual conference on the comprehensive media coverage of the Arabeen, which was held at Khatam al-Anbiya Hall in the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine.”

He added that, “Top government officials, officials from the Two Holy Shrines and other employees at Sayyid Al-Shuhadda Shrine attended the conference.”

The Shia Waves correspondent explained that, “His Eminence’s participation came following an official invitation he had received to discuss the media coverage of the Holy Arabeen and the media activities of Imam Hussein Media Group in five world languages.”

Sheikh Mustafa al-Mohammadi emphasized the fact that Imam Hussein Media Group will continue to cover this important event which takes place in Iraq, where millions of pilgrims commemorate the Arbaeen of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

Al-Mohammadi concluded that Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi stresses the importance increase media coverage of the Arabeen to let the world know status of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.
