Ale-Yassin Hussainiya commemorates Imam Hassan’s Martyrdom over first ten days of Safar

With the beginning of the month of Safar al-Ahzan 2023, Ale-Yassin Mosque and Hussainiya, one of the centers affiliated with the office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Sydney, Australia, is commemorating the martyrdom of Imam al-Hassan, peace be upon him, over the first ten days of this month by holding mourning sessions.

Dozens of Shiites and followers of the Pure Infallible Family of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon them) attend these Aza ceremonies to show their devotion to Imam Hassan al-Mojtaba (peace be upon him).

This Majlis begins with Maghrib and Isha congregational prayers, and continues with recitation of the Holy Qur’an, and speakers mentioning the virtues of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him). The speeches and mourning recitations are delivered in English and Arabic.
