PR Director of Grand Ayatullah Shirazi: use freedom rights to spread teachings of Islam, Ahl al-Bayt

After returning from a missionary trip to London, Seyyed Aref Nasrullah, Public Relations Director of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi’s Office in the holy city of Karbala, hosted a group of religious personalities, including Hujjat al-Islam wal Muslimin Sheikh Jalal Ma’ash, the representative of the Marja.

“Shiites living in England should take advantage of the freedom available in this country to spread the teachings of Islam and the Ahl al-Bayt, peace be upon them, and their virtues and knowledge, to attract people and guide them to the path of truth, guidance, and dignity,” he stressed in these meetings.

Seyyed Aref added: “The injustice done to Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and Hussaini rituals alone are enough to draw people’s attention to the authentic religion of Islam and righteous Shiism.”

He emphasized that the preacher should be responsible and his words should match his actions.

Citing the directives of the Infallibles, peace be upon them, he advised the Shiites to behave well with the people, protect people’s rights, set the best example in ethics, and be faithful to their pledges.

The PR Director added: Every Shiite should be an inviter for guidance, as stated in the hadith: “O Shiites, be our adornment and do not be our disgrace.”
