Husseini Mourning Held in Saudi Arabia’s Qatif: Ashura Chants Echo at Imam Musa ibn Ja’far Husseiniya in Al-Awamiyah

Lovers and devotees of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, in eastern Saudi Arabia held mourning gatherings during the days of Muharram to commemorate the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

As part of these ceremonies, a large mourning gathering was held at the Imam Musa ibn Ja’far Husseiniya in the town of Al-Awamiyah, located in the Shia-majority Qatif governorate in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province.

During the spiritual ceremony, Ahlulbayt reciter Abdulhay Al Qambar recited elegies and lamentations in memory of the martyrs of Karbala.
