This publication is part of broader efforts for intellectual openness and translation, aimed at highlighting the treasures of Islamic heritage and making them accessible to scholars and interested individuals. It seeks to promote civilizational dialogue and offer the Islamic perspective on human rights and ethical values.
Risālat al-Ḥuqūq is considered an enduring intellectual document that outlines more than fifty rights, governing the relationship between humans, their Creator, themselves, and others.
