Imam Muhammad Baqir Seminary Opens in Qani, Nigeria
—————————-
The Imam Muhammad Baqir (peace be upon him) Islamic Seminary was officially inaugurated in Qani, marking a significant step in expanding Islamic educational initiatives in Nigeria, IQNA reported.
The seminary was established by the As’hab al-Kasa International Center, linked to the custodianship of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine (peace be upon him). The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from the center and educational staff.
Sheikh Ahmed Rashid al-Tarfi, director of the center, said the seminary was launched as part of the center’s broader educational and cultural programs aimed at African countries. He emphasized that the seminary seeks to promote authentic Islamic teachings, cultivate moral and spiritual values, and raise a generation of students knowledgeable about religious principles.
The seminary offers educational programs designed to combine academic learning with ethical and spiritual lessons drawn from the life of the Holy Prophet and the Ahl-ul-Bayt (peace be upon them all), delivered by experienced teaching staff.
The As’hab al-Kasa International Center continues to implement similar educational and cultural projects across Africa and Asia to strengthen Islamic knowledge and cultural awareness in local communities.
