The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented a total of 1,895 deaths since July 13, following intense clashes, field executions, and Israeli airstrikes across various parts of Syria. The latest figures include 116 residents from Suwayda province—among them six women—who were reportedly executed by forces affiliated with Syria’s defense and interior ministries, as well as allied paramilitary groups.

This brings the total number of documented field executions during the recent escalation to 670 victims, including women, children, and medical personnel—highlighting the scale of violations committed in just a few days.

The Observatory continues to monitor and report on human rights abuses against civilians and critical infrastructure in Syria. It reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and accountability, urging local and international actors to take action in response to the documented crimes, and to enhance protection for civilians caught in the ongoing conflict.
