ASEAN conference urges moderation and unity in Islam

The third Khair Ummah conference, held in Bangkok, concluded with a call for Muslims to uphold Islam’s principles of worship, moderation, and tolerance while contributing to societal progress.

In the final communique of the two-day event, participants urged scholars to promote Islam’s compassionate values and address misinterpretations of religious teachings.
