APHC criticizes BJP regime for imposing Hindutva agenda in disputed Kashmir

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has expressed serious concern over the plots executed by the nationalist Indian government and military establishment against Kashmiris’ righteous demand of right to self-determination in disputed Kashmir.

APHC spokesman accused India of suppressing the freedom movement and imposing Israeli model of state terrorism to alter the demographic character of disputed Kashmir by grabbing more and more land for military purposes, seizing properties from civilians and robbing natural resources.

The spokesman urged New Delhi to allow the people of Kashmir to decide their political future by themselves through a free and fair plebiscite, while requesting the United Nations Human Rights Council to take notice of the illegal and arbitrary arrests of the human rights activists and journalists.
