Shooting near mosque in Sweden leaves 1 dead, another injured

A 25-year-old man was killed and another person was injured in a shooting near a mosque in Örebro, Sweden, Anadolu Agency reported. The incident occurred shortly after Friday prayers as worshippers were leaving the Örebro Mosque.
Police have stated that the attack appears to be linked to a criminal network and is being treated as gang-related. The suspect is currently at large. The president of the Swedish Islamic Federation, Tahir Akan, told Anadolu Agency that the shooting was not racially motivated and that the attacker had a personal dispute with the two victims. The injured individual is in serious condition.
