51 Countries Attending Jordan Int’l Quran Award

Jordan has launched its 32nd international Quran competition with participants from 51 countries at the Islamic Cultural Center in the King Abdullah I Mosque, Amman, Iqna reported.
This year’s competition coincides with the last ten days of Ramadan, a sacred period in which the Quran was revealed.
The country’s Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs supports over 2,200 Quranic centers and will print a version of the Holy Quran for the first time.
