Iraqi court jails ISIS terrorists 15 years for expropriating property in Kirkuk
The Baghdad Court of Appeal sentenced an ISIS terrorist to 15 years in prison for the expropriation of homes in the Daquq district of the northern province of Kirkuk.
The Baghdad Court of Appeal sentenced an ISIS terrorist to 15 years in prison for the expropriation of homes in the Daquq district of the northern province of Kirkuk.
The Supreme Judicial Council said in a statement, “The convict announced his allegiance to ISIS and was assigned to work in an administrative detachment affiliated to the Office of the so-called Islamic State Real Estate within the province of Kirkuk – Daquq Sector.”
It added that “the convict’s duty was to expropriate property of the security forces.”
It continued, “The court found the evidence obtained sufficient according to the provisions of Article IV / 1 and in terms of Article 2/1/3/5/7 of the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 13 of 2005.”
