Activities of the Interfaith Week in Britain continue

Activities of the Interfaith Week in Britain continue, as the organizers aim to bring religions together.
The activities, which began on November 8 and continue until November 15, include a joint program between churches and mosques in the United Kingdom to focus on constructive dialogue.
The program brings mosque and church leaders together in a series of online discussion sessions between Christian clerics, Muslim preachers, mosque imams, and others to promote interfaith friendship and understanding.
The first topic of the joint meeting was the impact of Coronavirus on people’s lives, the recent attacks on churches and mosques in France, and how to develop local cooperation.
About 20 churches and mosques are currently participating in this program, and by 2021, the number of religious places active in this program is set to increase.
