Workshop on teaching Quran recitation underway in Hamburg

 A workshop on teaching Quran recitation has been organized in Hamburg, Germany.

According to the Dar-ol-Quran Center of Germany, prominent Iranian Qari Rahim Khaki teaches the principles of Tajweed, Sowt and Lahn in the workshop.

The Islamic Centre Hamburg is hosting the educational Quranic program, which started on February 26.

The Iranian Qari has traveled to Germany to serve as a member of the 6th European Quran Competition’s panel of judges.

The competition is slated to be held at the Islamic center next week for Muslims from different European countries.

It will be organized in two separate sections for men and women in categories such as Quran recitation, Quran memorization, Tawasheeh (religious singing), and Adhan (call to prayers).
