Imam al-Shirazi Center in Montreal celebrates Imam al-Mahdi’s birth anniversary
On the occasion of Imam al-Mahdi’s birth anniversary, and based on the commandments of the Grand Ayatollah Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, Imam of Shirazi Islamic Center and the Iranian Islamic Center held an auspicious celebration in Montreal, Canada.
On the occasion of Imam al-Mahdi’s birth anniversary, and based on the commandments of the Grand Ayatollah Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, Imam of Shirazi Islamic Center and the Iranian Islamic Center held an auspicious celebration in Montreal, Canada.
The ceremony was attended by the followers of Ahlulbait, peace be upon them, and many Canadian government officials, including Montreal mayorMr. Claude Duffen, in addition to a prominent international figure from Britain, Chris Hore, who is a specialist in Christianity and the religion of Islam, and has many activities proving that Christianity and Islam have similarities.
The official figures delivered speeches at the ceremony, all focusingon the Savior and the universal reformer of all mankind, and that Jesus, peace be upon him, will appear with Imam al-Mahdi, may hasten his reappearance.
From his part, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi representative, and the official of the two centers, Hujatul Islam Sheikh Saleh Sebwayh, conveyed the Grand Jurist’s speechstressing the unity of the word and the revival of the Husseini rituals.
