This came after the college support to the radical Saudi Wahhabi ideology. Federal Education and Training Minister Simon Birmingham have revoked funding for the Islamic College of South Australia.
Senator Birmingham said his concerns centered on the school’s independence, financial management and governance arrangements.
He said he would be working with his South Australian counterparts to minimise disruption for students.
