The opening of Sayeda Zainab Seminary School in Australia

On the honorable birth anniversary of Sayeda Zainab, peace be upon her, and in compliance with the directives of the Grand Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, regarding the importance of internationally propagating the culture of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, Sayeda Zainab Seminary School was opened.
The seminary school was opened at a ceremony marking the birth anniversary of Aqeelat Bani Hashim, the daughter of Imam Ali, Sayeda Zainab al-Kubra, peace be upon her, by a group of followers of Ayatollah Shirazi in Adelaide, Australia, on the 5th of Jamadaal-Ula 1437 A.H., corresponding to February 14th, 2016.
Poems and speeches were recited during the opening ceremony along with other activities. One of the participants was Sheikh Mohammed Tawhidi where he announced the establishment and opening of Sayeda Zainab Seminary School, mentioning that this school is the first in Australia and is officially recognized by the Australian government.
