Quranic Teachings Offer Solutions for Anxiety, Says Pakistani Scholar
A Pakistani scholar emphasized the importance of Quranic teachings in alleviating stress and anxiety during a recent event at the University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF), Iqna news agency reported yesterday.
Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, UAF Vice Chancellor, stated that the divine guidance found in the Quran and Sunnah can foster an ideal society. He urged individuals to embrace sincerity in their responsibilities, asserting that adherence to Islamic principles leads to success both in this life and the hereafter. Dr. Muhammad Ali echoed these sentiments, recommending that attendees keep copies of the Quran accessible in their workplaces for continual study.
The ceremony, organized by UAF’s Senior Tutor Office in collaboration with Bahauddin Zakariya University, featured speeches from notable figures all advocating for the transformative power of Islamic teachings in daily life.
