Shirazi Religious Authority calls for uniting the efforts of the Shias in all parts of the world to serve the great Husseini cause

The Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi emphasized the importance of uniting efforts among the people of the Shia sect in all parts of the world, so that they form a fearsome human force towards spreading the thought of the Ahlulbayt

The Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi emphasized the importance of uniting efforts among the people of the Shia sect in all parts of the world, so that they form a fearsome human force towards spreading the thought of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, indicating at the same time the need to take care of the youth segment and to invest their energies in the service of the great Husseini cause.

In his annual Ashura speech, His Eminence said, “The efforts of Shias in all parts of the world must be united so that they are not lost, and in a way that serves and revives the thought of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.”

His Eminence added in his speech that “Shia Muslims everywhere must strive to revive the sacred Husseini rituals and preserve the cause of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him,” indicating that “establishing satellite channels is a necessity to spread the thought and culture of the Prophet and his family, peace be upon them.”

His Eminence also pointed out “the necessity of investing in the energies of the youth as well as increasing their awareness and protecting them from attacks against religion and sacred rituals.”

The Supreme Religious Authority concluded saying, “it is my duty to thank those who revived the rituals and those who served the doctrine of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.”
