The Lebanon Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, distributed a wide range of food items to poor citizens.

The office said in a statement, that the initiative comes following the directives of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed al-Shirazi on the need to support poor and needy families, especially during this critical time.  

It added that this fourth batch of food baskets was distributed to many families, including families of Islamic seminary students.
