The Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi announces Sunday as first of Jumada al-Thani 1444 AH

The Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, has announced Sunday, December 25, as the first day of Jumada al-Thani 1444 AH.

In a brief statement received by Shia Waves News Agency, the Grand Ayatollah’s office said that, “Sunday, corresponding to (25/12/2022 AD), is the first of the month of Jumada al-Thani for the year 1444 AH.”
