Grand Ayatollah Shirazi: Help the youth and create a favorable environment for them

The Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, called on government officials, wealthy individuals and parents to provide the necessary assistance in preparing a favorable environment for young people and keeping them away from the dangers facing them.

As believing young people are subjected to cultural and intellectual attacks targeting their religious entity, the Grand Ayatollah sees that the responsibility to lift these young people from the quagmire of vice rests with officials, parents, and even wealthy individuals.

The Shirazi Religious Authority said in his speech, which was followed Shia Waves News Agency: “The spiritual and intellectual quagmires are more dangerous than the quagmires that drown the human body and destroy his material life, because they destroy the human soul and immortalize him in Hell, God forbid.”

He added, “Officials, wealthy individuals, as well as parents, should help prepare the environment for young people and keep them away from the polluted atmosphere of these quagmires and the attacks directed against them.”

His Eminence prayed to the Almighty to help everyone to create a suitable atmosphere for young people to raise them as desired by God, His Noble Messenger and his pure family (peace be upon them).
