Wahid al-Khorasani Religious Authority: The duty of Shias is to publicize the event of Ghadir and disseminate the virtues of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him)

 The religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Wahid al-Khorasani, stressed that all Muslims should commemorate Eid al-Ghadir with what it deserves of glorification and reverence, stressing that they should not let the occasion pass without disseminating the virtues of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him).

His Eminence said in a lecture on the occasion, which was followed by Shia Waves News Agency: “It is hoped by Muslims, especially the Shias of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them), to revive this event and disseminate the virtues of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) so that the whole world knows this great occasion.”

His Eminence indicated that “everyone should stand up for the realization of this lost right and do what they can with hands, tongue, money, and prestige, in every place and time.”

The Grand Ayatollah pointed out that “the Ghadir event will be followed by great occasions for the Islamic nation to revive, including the revelation of the verse of purification in honor of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them) and the Mubahala Day.”
