Grand Ayatollah Shirazi: Reviving Eid al-Ghadir is a revival of justice, good politics, and management of people’s livelihood and security

 The Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, reiterated his emphasis on Muslims to follow the path of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him) and adhere to his mandate, for their happiness as well as their societies’ and the building of their homelands.

 ‏ The Shirazi Religious Authority has always called in his lectures for Muslims all over the world to adhere to the mandate of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and to consider his method, his biography and his honorable government to solve crises and face challenges, warning them that “what happened in the destruction of societies is caused by the exclusion of Ghadir from the life of the Islamic nation.” 

 His Eminence said in his lecture on the occasion of Eid al-Ghadir: “The Alawite state is one of the important and main conditions to lead us to a society based on justice, values   and moral virtues,” noting that “the Great Ghadir Day is the most important factor in preserving the entity of religion and denomination, and denying it means denying all lofty Islamic values.

 ‏ The Grand Ayatollah added that “the revival of Eid al-Ghadir is considered a revival of justice, good politics, and management of people’s livelihood and security, and the expulsion of injustice, inequality and prejudice,” explaining that “Al-Ghadir, in its essence and spirit, means the school of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him), which is suitable for the happiness of all human beings.”
