Delegation from Karbala office of Ayatollah Shirazi toured London
A delegation from the office of the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, in his holy city of Karbala, toured London to perform religious and cultural activities and to communicate with religious and cultural centers and institutions in the British capital.

The delegation participated in the religious cultural symposium organized by the Islamic Education Center of Husseiniyat al-Rasool al-A’dham and addressed the challenges of Muslim families in the West in addition to the responsibilities and prospects of the Islamic institutions, after it was welcomed by a group of scientific and cultural figures residing in London.
Ayatollah Shirazi Karbala Office Director Sheikh Talib al-Salehi and Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Makki al-Haeri, from Washington DC, delivered speeches at the symposium discussing the challenges of Muslim families in the West, and the duty and responsibilities placed on them.
The delegation of His Eminence also paid a visit to Ayatollah Sayyed Fadhil al-Milani and discussed the activities of Shia religious centers in Britain and ways of developing these activities and services as well as the prominent role of Shia media activities.
Sayyed al-Milani accompanied the delegation to Imam al-Khoei Foundation, where they met its officials and members.
Ayatollah Shirazi’s delegation also visited the office of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, the Imam Ali Foundation, and the Center of Imam Hussein, one of the religious centers of the Afghan Shias residing in London.
