Istanbul Commemorates Birth Anniversaries of the Imams
—————————————-
Large gatherings of followers of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Turkey marked the birth anniversaries of the Imams during the holy month of Shaaban, with the participation of the Imam Hussein Media and Cultural Center in Istanbul.
The religious commemoration was held at the Imam Zayn al-Abidin Mosque in the Avcılar district of central Istanbul. Participants expressed renewed allegiance and commitment to following the path of the Imams being commemorated, including Imam Hussein, his brother Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas, and Imam Zayn al-Abidin (peace be upon them).
The event featured a range of religious and cultural activities, including speeches highlighting the lives and teachings of the Imams and emphasizing the importance of adhering to their moral and human values. The program also included religious chants and devotional recitations performed by children from the Ahl al-Bayt community, drawing engagement from attendees.
The commemoration was held as part of broader religious and cultural activities organized throughout the month of Shaaban to mark the birth anniversaries of the Imams and to strengthen religious and cultural identity among Muslim communities in Turkey.
