In Melbourne, a solemn mourning ceremony took place at the Husseiniya Bayt al-Abbas (peace be upon him), a center affiliated with the Marja’iya, Grand Ayatullah Shirazi. The spiritual gathering featured Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Ali Razavi and the renowned Ahl al-Bayt eulogist Hajj Nizar al-Qatari, who led the mourning rituals. Attendees expressed their grief, shedding tears in sorrow for the Imam. Concurrently, in Damascus, a special mourning gathering for women was organized by the women’s section of the Zainabiyah Seminary Husseiniya, another center associated with the Marja’iya. This ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and the reading of the Ziyarat of Imam Sajjad (peace be upon him).
