SDF Repels Attack by Jolani-Linked Groups in Deir ez-Zor

The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) successfully repelled an attack launched by armed groups affiliated with the Jolani administration on a military base of the Kasrah Military Council in western Deir ez-Zor.

According to North Press, the attackers used BKC machine guns and drones in an attempt to destabilize the area and create insecurity.

During the clashes, five SDF fighters were wounded, while the attackers also suffered casualties.

The SDF held the Jolani administration directly responsible for the assault and urged immediate control over its affiliated groups.

In response to the security threats, authorities imposed a curfew in Raqqa, effective from midnight until 5 a.m.
