A car bomb exploded in the Al-Mezzeh district of Damascus, the Syrian capital. According to the Shia News Agency, citing the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the blast occurred near the “Golden” hotel but resulted in no casualties or financial damage.

Local sources reported that the targeted vehicle was an old car that had been parked alongside a highway for a long period of time. The Damascus Internal Security Command, which is affiliated with the al-Julani government, confirmed that security forces immediately secured the area and began search operations to prevent any potential sabotage.
