Pakistani security forces prevent 3 coordinated attacks in Balochistan amid rise in anti-terrorism struggles
Pakistan’s security forces “successfully thwarted three coordinated attacks” carried out by terrorists in Balochistan’s Mach area on Monday night, Dawn Newspaper reported.
In a post on social media platform X, provincial interim information minister Jan Achakzai said the militants were affiliated with the Aslam Acho group.
Meanwhile, security forces killed a terrorist in an exchange of fire during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s North Waziristan district on Monday, according to the military’s media wing.
