Adam Center for the Defense of Rights and Freedoms discusses local democracy and the balance between local will and administration

The Adam Center for the Defense of Rights and Freedoms, within its monthly intellectual activities, discussed a topic titled (Cooperation and balance between will and local administration: A reading of the legal rules regulating local bodies in Iraqi law), with the participation of a number of researchers and some human rights, academic, media and journalistic figures, at the Al-Nabaa Forum.

The weekly conference was held at the headquarters of the Al-Nabaa Foundation for Culture and Information, which is affiliated with the Supreme Religious Authority in the holy city of Karbala.

The discussion was moderated by Dr. Alaa Ibrahim Al-Husseini, a university professor and researcher at the Adam Center for the Defense of Rights and Freedoms.
