Religious delegation from the Shirazi Religious Authority Office in Najaf holds a private meeting with a group of Husseini youth
Within a special curriculum prepared by the Office of the Supreme Religious Ayatollah, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi in Najaf, a religious delegation met with a group of believing youth in the Imam Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) Husseiniyah in Al-Haydariya district.
The delegation, according to a statement by the Shirazi Religious Authority Office, received by Shia Waves News Agency, “included His Eminence Sheikh Muhammad Taqi al-Thakiry, Sayyed Abd al-Adhim al-Hasani and Sheikh Salah al-Halfi,” noting that “such visits confirm the need for preachers to go to the field and meet directly with believers.”
The statement added, “His Eminence Sheikh al-Thakiry delivered a valuable speech during the meeting in which he addressed the zealous Husseini youth who adhere to the mandate of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon them), and stressed that they should always be keen to fortify themselves with true sciences and knowledge, in addition to shouldering the responsibility for the advancement of their society and their homeland.”
It continued, “The delegation answered some of the jurisprudential questions raised by the youth present, and the meeting concluded with the establishment of a Fatimid mourning ceremony and a lecture delivered by His Eminence Sheikh Salah al-Halfi.”
For his part, the commissioner of the Department of Religious Communication in Al-Haydaria district, His Eminence Sheikh Zuhair al-Taie, expressed his gratitude with this blessed visit, expressing his thanks to the delegation of the rational religious authority and the advice and commandments it provided to the Husseini youth.
