Multinational delegation visits the Haidariya Library to learn about its history and scientific sources
A multinational delegation from America, Australia, Canada, Congo, Tanzania, Oman and India visited Al-Roudha Al-Haidariya Library at Imam Ali Holy Shrine in Najaf.
Ali Kadhim Hamad, head of the library’s Print Unit, said in a press statement, “We received a multinational delegation from America, Australia, Canada, Congo, Tanzania, Oman and India, and the delegation was briefed on the scientific and intellectual resources and toured the corridors of the honorable Al-Haidariya Library.”
He added, “The delegation toured the corridors of the library to get acquainted with its ancient history and sources/books on all topics, and they were given a review of the services the library provides to researchers from all segments of society.”
Hamad explained, “The delegation expressed its admiration for the diversity of topics and distinct titles.”
