Amidst remarkable security stability, pilgrims continue to flock to holy Karbala

Today, Tuesday, the holy city of Karbala has witnessed a large influx of pilgrims, amid remarkable security stability.

The correspondent of Shia Waves News Agency said that large crowds of pilgrims are flocking to the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein and his brother Aba al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them, to perform the ceremonies of pilgrimage.

He explained that the two holy shrines and ‘Bein al-Haramein’ are witnessing a continuous influx of pilgrims from inside and outside Karbala, as well as foreign visitors present in the province.

He added, that since yesterday, the city has not witnessed any security breaches.
